Aluminium & welding technology
Leak-tight welded joints in water channels and tolerance-driven forming deliver a lightweight aluminium structure with high heat transfer. Weld quality is the foundation of long-term leak-tightness.

Engineering-led production from raw material to shipment
Manufacturing Engineering
At Alurator, aluminium radiator quality is not a policy paragraph — it is a manufacturing discipline applied on the shop floor through raw-material selection, aluminium welding technology, surface preparation, electrostatic powder coating and hydrostatic pressure testing at our Malatya plant. This page summarises aluminium radiator production technology, quality-control processes and test standards.
From incoming materials to shipment, every batch passes the same quality gates: incoming inspection, tolerance-driven forming, leak-tight welded joints in water channels, pre-paint surface preparation, and verification of operating and test pressures. The goal is long-life, leak-tight aluminium radiators with high heat transfer for residential, commercial and project applications.
Our products are verified at 10 bar operating pressure and 13 bar test pressure. Our İTÜ-referenced 26 ATÜ pressure claim is a measurable indicator of engineering reliability. Dimensional checks, leak-tightness and surface-quality assessments are applied per batch; test and conformity documents are shared on request.
For our corporate quality principles, see the quality policy page. Here the focus is the production floor: welded aluminium structure, material integrity, measurable testing and continuous improvement — a transparent manufacturer quality model for distributors, contractors and project partners.
