Alurator is a manufacturer brand supplying aluminium radiators and towel warmers from Malatya to Turkey and export markets. This policy applies to information obtained through our digital channels, corporate communications and pre-/post-sales support.

Information you provide directly: name, company name, email, phone, message content, product/size/quantity details in quote requests and correspondence history, typically via forms, email or phone.

Information collected automatically: IP address, browser type, language preference, pages visited, referrer URL, access time and similar technical logs, used for security, performance and (with consent) analytics.

We do not intentionally collect special-category data (health, beliefs, biometrics, etc.). Forms only include fields needed for the business purpose.

We use information to respond to requests, prepare radiator/towel-warmer quotations, share technical documents and catalogues, manage dealer and project relationships, coordinate export and logistics, meet legal obligations, prevent fraud and misuse, and improve user experience.
