This statement covers personal data processed in connection with aluminium radiator and towel warmer manufacturing, sales, dealer relations, project supply, export and corporate communications.

Processed data may vary by relationship and channel. Typical categories include identity data (name, surname), contact data (phone, email, address, company name), request and message content, commercial information related to quotes and orders, transaction security data (IP address, browser/device information, access logs) and, where you consent, cookie/analytics data.

We do not request special categories of personal data. Please share only information necessary to deliver the requested service.

Your personal data is processed to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, manage customer relationships, evaluate dealer/project/export requests, provide product and technical documents, manage contracts and invoicing, fulfil legal obligations, protect information security and prevent misuse, measure site performance (with your consent) and conduct Alurator corporate communications.

Data is not used in ways incompatible with these purposes. If purposes change, we inform you and obtain explicit consent where required under KVKK.

Processing is based on the legal grounds in Article 5 of KVKK, including necessity for concluding or performing a contract, fulfilment of our legal obligations, our legitimate interests provided they do not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms, and explicit consent where required.

Contact and quote forms are typically assessed under pre-contractual discussions and legitimate interest / contract processes. Analytics or marketing cookies require explicit consent.

Data may be collected via contact and quote forms on alurator.com.tr, email, phone, WhatsApp, in-person or trade-fair meetings, dealer and project correspondence, and automated means (log records, essential cookies and, with consent, analytics tools).

Collection may occur in electronic or physical environments, fully or partly automatically or non-automatically.

Personal data may be transferred only to the extent required by the purposes above, within legal limits and in line with Articles 8 and 9 of KVKK. Recipients may include hosting, email, CRM and analytics providers, logistics/customs/export partners where necessary, independent auditors and consultants, and competent public authorities.

Cross-border transfers comply with KVKK and Board decisions. We enter into contractual arrangements with providers that safeguard data security.

Personal data is retained for as long as necessary for the processing purpose and in line with statutory limitation or retention periods. For example, communication records may be kept for a reasonable follow-up period; records that become contractual or invoicing records may be kept for commercial and tax retention periods.

When the period expires or the purpose ceases, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised under Article 7 of KVKK.

Under Article 11 of KVKK you may learn whether your data is processed, request information if processed, learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly, know third parties to whom data is transferred domestically or abroad, request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, request deletion or destruction under Article 7, request notification of correction/deletion to third parties, object to results arising solely from automated analysis to your detriment, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

Requests are assessed with identity verification. Responses are provided within the periods set by KVKK (as a rule within thirty days).

Including your name, contact details, request subject and, where relevant, the date/channel of the interaction helps us respond accurately. Additional information or documents may be requested where necessary.
